Hello! Thank you for your interest in commissioning me!
Please feel free to message me for more specific details on what I can/cannot do, but here are the basics;

terms of service

I. general terms
- please communicate kindly; any rudeness or ill behavior will not be tolerated.- clear & timely communication is important! i want to ensure that i deliver a piece that you are happy with. if not enough details are provided with a commission request, i will take more creative liberties.- if you give me a deadline i cannot complete, i will let you know & kindly decline the commission. (i am a grad student, so my turnaround time from accepting a commission may be up to 2 months).- i will notify you ASAP if there are any conflicts (due to work, school, personal) that may impact our deadline agreements.- i reserve the right to decline any commission.

II. payment
- payment is accepted through paypal or through venmo @linppa.- all pricing & accepted currency is in USD.- after a commission request is accepted, i will send a rough sketch to which half the payment will be collected upfront. after completion of the commission, the remaining payment will be accepted.

III. the process
- you will send me a commission request to [email protected] with the following information:

1. type; (lineart or color? & headshot, fullbody? etc.)
2. references; (character details, photos, screenshots)
3. additional details; (background ideas, poses, specifics, etc.)
4. deadline; (timeframe for when you need the piece completed?)
5. confirm you've read through the terms of service!

- i will message you with any questions & inform you whether i accept or decline your request- if i accept your request, & we are in agreement of the price & commission expectations, i will proceed with a rough sketch.- if the rough sketch looks good, i will accept half of the payment upfront, and continue working on the commission.- if the initial sketch is not to your liking, i will work together with you to make changes. otherwise the commission can be canceled.- throughout the process, i will send you thumbnails/screenshots to update you on my progress. please communicate if you have any uncertainties!- once the piece is completed, i will show you a screenshot. only minor changes can be made at this point, such as shifting colors, or adjusting facial expressions.- if you approve of the completed piece, you will send the remaining half of the commission.- i will send high-res completed files. & the commission is complete!

VI. Permissions & Copyright
- the completed commissions are for your personal use only. you may not monetize or use the artwork for commercial use.

V. cancellation & refunds
- i have the right to cancel & refund the payment for your commission at any time.- you do not have the right to cancel or demand a refund under any circumstances after full payment is received & the commission is completed.- you may cancel a commission if the rough sketch is not satisfactory & initial payment was not made.- if you file a charge-back against me, your right to everything i have ever made for you will be retracted and i have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers, you will forbidden to ever commission me ever again, and i will publicly warn others about your behavior.- if this scenario occurs, i also have every right to file a complaint and i have all the right to the money you have given me.

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
